1. What is Muuvment IQ Sustainability Assessment tool
Muuvment IQ's Sustainability assessment tool is designed to evaluate an organisation's strategic positioning, challenges, and opportunities by gathering insights directly from key stakeholders through AI-based structured interviews. These stakeholders may include executives, employees, customers, suppliers, investors, or other relevant parties responsible for developing or creating the company’s ESG reports and strategies. The purpose of this assessment is to gain a deeper understanding of both the internal and external environments, enabling the organisation to shape or refine its strategic decisions effectively.
Our AI-powered system is equipped with expertly crafted interview questions, to cover a broad range of ESG topics such as environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices.
Our tool compiles and analyses the gathered insights to create a comprehensive report. The report highlights strengths, identifies areas for improvement, and provides actionable recommendations to enhance your sustainability efforts.
The tool provides a comprehensive overview of the user journey through the Sustainability Analysis feature of the Muuvment platform, detailing the steps involved, user interactions, and the final output in the form of a diagnostic report. It is designed to assist users in effectively navigating the platform to achieve their sustainability analysis goals.
2. How to use Muuvment IQ Sustainability Assessment tool
Go to https://app.muuvment.com/ai/home - choose Sustainability assessment.
2.1 - Choose a Topic
Begin by selecting a sustainability topic from a limited set of options. Click the button Continue.
2.2 - Choose a company where analysis will be performed
After selecting a topic, users are prompted to choose a company for which the analysis will be performed and upload the related documents.
2.3 - Choose documents to analyze
Users can select based on the existing documents stored in platform, upload new documents, or proceed without any document selection.
Click on icon "Upload New Document"
Uploading documents
Select new PDF documents to upload. The system will detect duplicate documents during the upload process.

Upload New documents. Documents uploaded are shown on the bottom section wherein the information on filename and company are indicated.
Click Continue button.
Select from available documents
Select from the existing documents or proceed without selecting any documents.

View the selected documents by clicking on the "eye" icon to ensure this is the correct document.
2.4 - Review selected documents
Users review the documents they have selected or uploaded.
View the document content through the "eye" icon.
When the "eye" icon is clicked, it will display the contents of the PDF report.
Unselect incorrect documents uploaded by clicking on return
icon (<) for specific document only or (<<) double return icon to select all documents.
Click ( < ) to deselect a document or click (<<) to select all.
2.5 - Interview Chat
The interview screen is displayed. Users have the option to return to the previous screen by selecting 'Go Back' if they need to make any changes to the selected or uploaded documents.
Click "Start interview" button to proceed to the Interview chat screen, which houses the conversational experience where users interact with the Muuvment AI agents.

In the Interview chat screen, the welcome screen is displayed, marking the beginning of the interview process. A detailed explanation is provided to guide users through the next steps.

AI analyses the document and provides responses to the Interview questions based on the selected PDF document.
During the interview process, the AI captures the user's responses and document them.
Progress bar - shows the percentage of completion of the Interview process
Excerpts from the document and PDF source - this section provides information and specific references from the document related to the AI's responses to the Interview.
Interview Scribe - document the content of the Interview, generates notes and summaries, or full transcripts.
You can view responses by clicking the eye icon.
Click the edit icon if you disagree with the AI-generated responses.
If the user does not agree with the AI's responses, they can uncheck the box, edit the response, and enter a comment in the message input box before clicking the 'Send' button.
The user clicks the 'Okay' button if they agree with the AI’s responses. If not, they can uncheck it and provide a comment in the message input box.

Progress bar indicates 100% completion and asks the user whether it is ready to generate the report or would like to revise any responses.

Respond with ' No' if you want to revise the answers by selecting the questions for edit or changes.
Click the 'Send' button to proceed.
2.6 - Reporting
Once the user confirms they are satisfied with their responses, the AI will generate the report. The exact generation time is not specified, but if the wait is significant, a screen may be displayed to manage user expectations.

Please wait while the system generates the report. An email is usually sent once the report is ready and available for viewing.
Reports can also be accessed directly from the Reports repository page. A list of generated reports are provided for users to select and review.
In the side menu bar, select the reports to view
Check the progress of reports. You may search by name, by company or by report type.
Users can download the PDF report version, delete and view the report.

When the user clicks on the view icon, a comprehensive Sustainability Assessment Report is displayed, summarizing the analysis and results of the interview.
In the report's sub-header, three buttons are available: "View Interview," "Create New Report," and "Download PDF."
View Interview: Opens the full transcript of the AI interview, allowing users to review the questions and their corresponding responses. This helps validate the source of the analysis presented in the report.
Create New Report: Starts a new interview session from the beginning, enabling users to generate a separate report based on updated inputs, different documents, or revised answers.
Download PDF: Generates a downloadable PDF version of the current report, suitable for sharing, archiving, or presenting offline.
Select the appropriate button based on the action you wish to take.
a. View Interview - If the user clicks the “View interview” button, an HTML readout of the full interview chat generated the report will be displayed. This readout includes:
The report name displayed as the header.
The name of the user who completed the interview shown as the sub-header.
A full transcript of the AI’s questions, analyses, and the user’s responses.

b. Create New Report - If the user clicks the “Create New Report” button.

The Interview Scribe summarizes the Interview content and responses and enables users to review and revise their it before generating a report.

Once the interview process is 100% complete, the AI generates summary of the questions and responses in a downloadable format.
